Who writes this site

Robot Buying Guide is written by Bo He, who is based in China. Bo He is an authorised dealer/agent for KEENON (擎朗) and AGIBOT (智元), and also sells some robot-vacuum brands. He sells new units only. That business is separate from this site.

What this site is, and is not

  • It is an information site: specs, comparisons, and import and compliance notes.
  • It does not sell robots, take orders, quote prices or collect enquiries. There are no contact or order forms; the only contact is the corrections email below.
  • No page is paid for. No manufacturer, dealer or other company pays to be included, described or compared.
  • There are no affiliate or commission links and no advertising.
  • Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Why this matters, and how we handle it

Because the author earns money from KEENON and AGIBOT products (and the robot-vacuum brands above) outside this site, read pages about those brands with that in mind. These rules apply to every page:

  • Every spec links to the manufacturer’s own page or another named source, with the date we read it.
  • If we could not confirm something, the page says “Not verified”.
  • We do not repeat marketing claims such as “industry first” or “leading” as fact, and we do not use words like “best” or “cheapest”.
  • Comparison pages put figures side by side without picking a winner.
  • Certification records found in secondary databases are labelled as such. A record for another market (for example Korea or the USA) is not presented as valid in the Gulf, and we do not say a model is certified for a market until we have seen the certificate.
  • We publish no prices, including dealer or third-party prices.
