Use cases

  • Food delivery in restaurants (KEENON lists the T9 under its Catering robots)[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]

Good fit if

  • Dining rooms whose narrowest route is at least 70 cm wide (stated minimum passage width)[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]
  • Routes with slopes of 5° or less (stated slope angle)[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]
  • Runs of up to 40 kg in total, with no more than 10 kg on any one layer[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]

Check before you buy

  • KEENON's page says the charging pile is not included. Check whether one is included in your purchase.[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]
  • Battery life is stated as "up to 18h" and KEENON's footnote says actual results vary with use and settings. The 4 h charging time is for 15% to 100% with the robot switched on.[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]
  • If your narrowest aisle is under 70 cm, compare the T8 (55 cm stated minimum passage) and T10 (59 cm); see the T8 vs T9 vs T10 comparison.[source, retrieved 2026-10-09][source, retrieved 2026-10-09]
  • Ask for the CE file, the radio approval for your Gulf country and the battery's UN38.3 test summary before you ship. None of these are shown on KEENON's T9 page.

Certification and Gulf import status

Status of public records only. We do not state that a model is certified for a market until we have seen the certificate. Each row links to the matching section of our import guides.

ItemStatusWhat we found
CE marking (EU)Not verifiedNot mentioned on KEENON's T9 page. Ask the supplier for the Declaration of Conformity and test reports. A CE mark is not a substitute for Gulf certificates.[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]
Guide: UAE: MoIAT / ECAS · GCC overview
FCC (USA)No record foundNo T9 grant appears in the fccid.io listing for KEENON's FCC grantee code 2AZLQ (it lists T5, T6 and several modules). US approval does not apply in the Gulf anyway.[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]
Korea radio conformity (RRA)Public record foundRecord R-R-KEe-T9, "Radio conformity assessment", DINERBOT T9, applicant KEENON Robotics Co., Ltd., dated 2023-08-29. Read on a secondary mirror; the official rra.go.kr site did not respond from our server. A Korean approval is not valid in the Gulf; it only shows the radio was tested for one market.[source, retrieved 2026-10-09]
UAE: TDRA type approvalNot verifiedNot found in what we checked. Ask the supplier for the TDRA certificate, or plan to apply.
Guide: UAE: TDRA

Notes

KEENON also registered a “T9 Pro” in Korea on the same date as the T9 (record R-R-KEe-T9Pro), but keenon.com does not list a T9 Pro on 2026-10-09.[source, retrieved 2026-10-09] We have not compared the two. Check which version a supplier is offering.
